researcher, writer, visual storyteller, explorer

Hi, I’m Becca!

BeccaGoesGlobal is where my academic and creative work come together — blending research, photojournalism, and storytelling to explore how narratives shape global politics, human rights, and cross-cultural connections.
I’m a Global Studies major at Drexel University, concentrating in Human Rights & Global Justice, with minors in French and Fine Arts. My work connects analysis with creative expression, using photography and multimedia to examine how language, art, and history shape our world. Studying at Sciences Po in Menton, France, and immersing myself in new places has shifted my perspective in ways I never expected. Traveling, learning from the people I meet, and embracing new experiences have deepened my understanding of global connections beyond academics.
BeccaGoesGlobal isn’t just a portfolio or blog, it’s an evolving exploration of ideas, cultures, and stories. Through photography, research, and travel insights, I aim to make complex topics engaging, accessible, and worth discussing. Thanks for stopping by! I hope my work sparks curiosity and conversation. Feel free to explore and reach out!
